REQUEST FOR INFORMATION AND CONSENT
FOR THE TREATMENT OF PERSONAL DATA
(Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 and subsequent amendments)

Under Article. 13 D. Decree Law 196/2003 and subsequent modification of the data you provide will be treated by Il Motonoleggio Soc. Coop. a.r.l. in total compliance on personal data (Privacy Consolidation Act). The provision of personal data is an essential part to perform the services required. Personal data is collected and used telematically using electronic means. The data is also provided to other companies (carriers and freight forwarders) for sending advertising material, including through the use of electronic mail.

In any case, your data will not be disclosed (if not a company for home delivery) or sold to third parties. Inside Il Motonoleggio Soc. Coop. a.r.l. data may be known only by those specifically charged.

Under Article. 7 D. Decree Law 196/2003, you have the right to at any time, information on the processing of your data, its methods and aims and the logic applied to it as well:

1. confirmation of data and their communication and their origin;
2. the identification of the owner and managers and the persons or classes of persons to whom the data may be communicated or who can learn about them as managers or agents;
3. updating, rectification and integration of data;
4. the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully;
5. certification that the operations described in paragraphs 3) and 4) were brought to the attention of those to whom the data have been communicated and disseminated, with the exception of cases where this proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate to the protected right;
6. to oppose: the processing of data pertinent to the purpose of collection, for legitimate reasons, the processing of data for commercial information purposes or for carrying out market research.
